McCall's pattern - circa 1975
Dress or Top and Pants. High waisted, back zippered dress or top has collar and front vent. Dress A with lace trimming, or dress B with embroidered ribbon, has bell sleeves. Sleeveless top C has lace trimming. Pants have left side zipper and no waistband.
